Tulips Among the Mist

Inspired by my favorite flower, this quilt depicts a field of tulips blanketed under a foggy morning sky. The fabrics of this piece were picked with a springtime vibe in mind! The pink and purple buds were picked to stand out vibrantly against the cream and green of the sky and rye respectively. This piece makes me think of my lovely daughter living her life in the beautiful state of Minnesota!

This quilt top was created using freeform piecing and my own vision, there is no pattern so it is a one of a kind piece. I quilted it to enhance the waves and points, taking care to make each individual tulip bud stand out.

At 42" x 26", this quilt is bordering on the above average. This makes it a not-too-shabby size worth hanging up on your living room or dining room wall!

This piece includes 2 corner pockets and a 1" hanging sleeve for full support. A dowel or flat rod work best to ensure the quilt hangs flat. Hanging rod is NOT included in purchase.

A Certificate of Authenticity will be shipped with the quilt.

Please note: This is a fiber art piece and is not machine washable or dryable. To keep it clean, simply use a lint roller, or brush attachment on your vacuum, to maintain its beauty.
